I took Taylor to the pediatrician today because she had been pulling on her ears. As it turns out she does not have an ear infection but her top gums are swollen so the doc thinks more teeth are on their way. She weighed 18 lb 11 oz just 11 days shy of her first Birthday.

After the doc we headed to stride rite for some shoes. Apparently the reason Taylor would not wear shoes before it because Mommy was trying to squeeze her size 3.5 foot into size 2 shoes (I obviously have no clue). Below are some pics of Taylor and her new sneaks...pretty cute I think!

Also, Dirk saw Taylor go from a sitting to standing position in the middle of the room today (i.e. nothing to pull up on).
